This Heath Needs Assessment (HNA) presents a systematic analysis of the health and service needs of the community in the North Western Melbourne Primary Health Network (NWMPHN) region.

Its purpose is to facilitate discussions, identify opportunities for strategic partnerships, guide evidence-based planning and aid in the prioritisation of commissioning activity, investment and advocacy work to improve the community’s health and wellbeing.
